Each session is grounded in trauma-informed care- inviting you to engage at your own pace regardless of your experience level. This practice honors cultural roots while working to avoid replicating oppressive systems.
Holistic
The mind, body and Spirit are an interconnected system and you are more than your stress and symptoms. We’ll honor the mind-body connection and integrate this practice with other key aspects of your lifestyle such as diet, hobbies, etc.
SOUND HEALING
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. It is both an ancient art and an evidence based modern wellness tool, rooted in the understanding that sound is vibration, and everything in the universe—including the cells in our bodies—is in a constant state of vibration. This immersive, deep listening experience activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system and creates a change or shift on a cellular level. By thoughtfully working with frequencies, rhythms, and tones, sound healing helps bring the nervous system into balance. A variety of instruments are used for this practice including: crystal singing bowls, chimes, koshi bells and various percussion instruments.

Benefits of Sound Healing
mindfulness meditation
Mindfulness is “The awareness that emerges through paying attention on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally.” – Jon Kabat Zinn
Many of us are stuck in overdrive. There are things that we can do to maintain our balance such as regular exercise, a solid sleep routine and eating healthy whole foods. With rising rates of anxiety disorders over the past 30 years as a global concern; solutions like Mindfulness Meditation can be integrated into an already busy modern life. Mindfulness is a skill we all possess and is strengthened through practice. This is not a “one trick pony” solution, but rather an opportunity to develop a deeper intimate connection to Self over a period of time and through that connection — expansion.
